 Mr. YOSHI is the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions He also held various senior leadership positions in Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions products businesses, including President and Chief Operating Officer of the Medical Products Group; Senior Vice President and President of the former Hospital Products Division; Vice President and President of the Health Systems Division; and Divisional Vice President and General Manager for Diagnostics Operations in the Japan.

Mr. YOSHI has been a long-standing leader in the greater community where he is a member of the Commercial Club and represents Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions on their Civic Committee. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, which is the only national organization representing exclusively CEOs of Japanese leading companies.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of Kansai and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Aichi Shukutoku University.

Rex Theodore is Director  at Izushi Medical Ltd and Head of procurement Developing and implementing Manufacturing / Quality Control.
He has worked with medical institutions and other partners to provide better patient QOL and greater satisfaction for medical professionals.

KONO OIZUMI is a Senior Manager with the Facilities and Engineering function at Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions. In this role, I work closely with the Process Equipment Engineering team where we focus on optimizing process equipment performance in our manufacturing plants to ensure safe, compliant, reliable and efficient operations. These include ensuring proper maintenance, technical troubleshooting, investigation of equipment-related issues, and driving improvements to enhance equipment reliability and availability.

I’m NOBU RYO an executive director with the Process Development (PD) function at Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions 

My primary role is to manage the PD laboratory equipment, design and execute experiments that support manufacturing investigations and process improvements. I also provide scientific input for any manufacturing issues.

I also represent the PD function in the Work Safety and Health team meetings to continually build a safe workplace for our colleagues.

TARO TAKUMI

HOKARI WATARU is in charge of the Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solution’s entire pharmaceutical business as a chief operating officer. He also Executive Director of Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions.

He is an executive officer of Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions, as part of the Group’s reorganization of its food and pharmaceutical businesses. In that role, He is responsible for marketing the Group’s wide lineup of pharmaceutical products, which include antibiotics, vaccines, and high-quality generic drugs supplied in every region of the world.

Having produced solid results, He was appointed as executive officer of Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions and in 2014. Since then, he has been leading initiatives to create growth opportunities in the generic drug market, strengthen the biopharmaceutical business, and expand operations globally. He is also focusing on efforts to improve infection preparedness and access to drugs under the Izushi Medical Manufacturers Solutions 2026 Vision. Based on his extensive experience, He was selected to oversee the Pharmaceutical Segment as COO in 2020.
